These Cookies are SO DELICIOUS… but personally I love them just for the dough. Since I was a kid, I’d get a cookie dough to take home at the Pizza Factory (in Utah) and have the best treat ever for later! I even had my husband get me some when I was in the hospital after having my first baby. Anyway, enough about how tasty these are, it’s time to share the recipe. I’ve scaled this recipe down to a half batch because the original recipe makes between 75 & 100 cookies and I don’t need that kind of temptation just sitting around begging me to eat it.
Combine the following in a large bowl:
1 C Salted Butter
2 Eggs
¾ C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Almond Extract
¾ C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Almond Extract
Mix until the sugars have dissolved into the mixture.
In a separate bowl combine the following:
2&½ C Flour (only need 2&¼ if using Whole Grain White)
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ Large Box French Vanilla Pudding (or 1/3 C pudding mix. Plain vanilla is good too)Gradually add the dry ingredients into the large bowl.
Once ingredients are combined, slowly mix in:
½ Large Box French Vanilla Pudding (or 1/3 C pudding mix. Plain vanilla is good too)Gradually add the dry ingredients into the large bowl.
Once ingredients are combined, slowly mix in:
1&½ C Milk Chocolate Chips
Place on cookie sheet (I use a parchment lined sheet). Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
Don’t over bake them, they should be slightly browned on the edges when you remove them from the oven.
