Pecan Pie (my mom’s recipe)

½ C Sugar
1 C Karo
3 Eggs
½ t Salt
1 t Vanilla Extract
1 C Pecans


Mix all ingredients and Pour into crust. Bake @ 300°F 45 minutes to 1 hour. 


*To make it a bit healthier I’d try using Agave instead of Karo(you may be able to omit the sugar too as agave is so sweet) .*
