Poultry Seasoning (to fill 1/2 pint jar)

 

1/4 C + 1 tsp Ground Sage
3 T + 3/4 tsp Ground Thyme
2 T + 1/2 tsp Ground Marjoram
1 T + 2 tsp Ground Rosemary
1 T + 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 T + 1/4 tsp Finely Ground Black Pepper

 

Place all ingredients into a 1/2 pint (8 oz) jar. Secure a LID
on and shake until well mixed.
