This is one of my favorite family recipes, but for some reason it’s one of those dishes that are only made for Thanksgiving and Christmas (probably because it’s pretty fattening ;)). My mom taught me how to make this, and it’s really simple yet delicious. I’m not sure who came up with the original recipe all those years ago, but I’m sure glad they did.
I really like this recipe because it’s only four ingredients and I always have them on hand. I personally don’t like it as a dressing, but if you’d like the directions to try it that way make sure to visit the source. It’s great as a dip for veggies, pizza, or as a spread on a wrap, but I usually just use the dry mix
I’m REALLY PICKY when it comes to liking cheeseballs. I don’t like anything in them that tastes funky, like pineapple…the sweetness just makes me want to gag! Luckily, my mom makes a super yummy cheeseball that has just the right blend of ranch and garlic. The other ingredients are good too☺!
